Stephanie Wagenbach is the broker/owner of The Agency Realty Group, where she assists homeowners and investors in buying, selling, and managing properties throughout Polk, Hillsborough, and Orange Counties. Known for taking the stress out of property management, she ensures owners can rest easy and that tenants know exactly who to call when the AC breaks at 10 PM (don’t worry, she’s always got a vendor lined up).

After many years in real estate, Stephanie launched her own brokerage to provide clients with a more personalized, no-cookie-cutter experience. Today, she manages more than 100 residences on behalf of over 25 property owners, keeping everything running smoothly with proven processes (and plenty of caffeine).

Outside of real estate, Stephanie enjoys experimenting with plant-based recipes, crafting, tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants, and brainstorming creative ways to make property management less stressful for everyone involved.
